If a tour is cancelled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as adverse weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, the applicable refund or adjustment will be subject to the policies of the relevant service providers and the actual amount recoverable by Royal Yatra Tours & Travels.
If a customer does not use any part of a confirmed tour or fails to join the tour as scheduled, no refund will be guaranteed for unused services, unless otherwise agreed in writing or permitted under the applicable service provider's cancellation policy.
