Our website may provide Call and WhatsApp options for customers who wish to enquire about our tours. By choosing to contact us through these options, you may communicate directly with Royal Yatra Tours & Travels regarding the tour or service you are interested in. Information shared during such communication may be used to respond to your enquiry and provide relevant tour details.
Royal Yatra Tours & Travels makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all tour details, prices, availability, images, itineraries, or other information will always be completely accurate, current, or free from errors. Final details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Tour services may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, government rules or restrictions, transportation issues, hotel availability, local conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, changes to the tour itinerary or services may be necessary.
Any tour information, quotation, pricing, or details shared with a customer through phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels are subject to availability and confirmation by Royal Yatra Tours & Travels. An enquiry or quotation does not guarantee availability or booking unless specifically confirmed by us.
